Room was beautiful. Cosy. Loved the refill water feature and the quality of the toiletries. Location is fun and convenient. Parking is also very pleasant. Many amenities and eateries were walking distance so it was convenient and great.

This is our second stay. We really love this place. It is stylish and very clean. The bathing products are good. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby there are subway station, restaurants and convenient shop. The famous Chow Kit wet market is just fifteen minutes walking distance. Downstairs there is a modern and good restaurant which is also owned by Ormond. They have good coffee! Across the street there is a public laundry shop so it is very convenient for those who wish to stay longer.

Very nice hotel. Felt safe, secure and comfortable. Easy to get to from airport. Take Express Train to Stesen Sentral (Central Station). Walk over to Nu Sentral mall (literally next door). Take the Green monorail line to Medan Tuanku. Use the skywalk going north to find hotel - 5 mins walk max. Only recommendation to the hotel is to increase lighting on stairs. When lift is in demand, taking stairs can be necessary. Restaurant is great. Definitely add breakfast to your reservation. Try the fish and chips for a nice surprise (for presentation extra marks).

There was always someone at reception ready to answer questions and help call for a taxi to the airport. All of the staff was helpful, kind and ready to support. The hotel is on a main road, but you don’t hear any of the noise inside. It is easy to walk around this historical area. We appreciated how easy it was to use the monorail. In room 512 there are floor to ceiling windows. One half of the windows was filled with water condensation so we couldn’t see out. When we returned for another 3 day stay in room 212, the windows were clear and easy to see out. Shower has hot water and strong water pressure. Has a shelf in bathroom and a long shelf with cupboards in sleeping area - much shelf space for items. Large soft towels. Decorated with care: curtains have fringe at bottom, lovely dark blue paint colors, light fixtures with an Asian touch - simple and classy. Dinner was well done - live violin music, quiet atmosphere, dishes that celebrate local flavor. Have a water refill station on each floor - they encourage and support reusing the water bottles they supply. Near the dining area there are some cozy wicker chairs and couches to work digitally or just chill. We ate dinner and breakfast here - we felt the food was reasonably priced.
